Description

Enjoy a beautiful evening in the Preserve with yoga instruction Dimitria for a Yin style yoga class. Be sure to bring your mat as Yin style means that most of the poses will be close to the mat & low impact.

All levels and ages 8+ are welcome. $10 per person.
