The Blue Heron Nature Preserve and AVO Yoga are teaming up to bring our buckhead community FREE YOGA as a chance to reconnect with yourself and nature. In a world full of movement, finding stillness is critical. When is the last time you took an hour to yourself to breathe, FEEL what your body needs, and take in FRESH air? Come embrace self love with us during a gentle yoga flow accessible to all levels. Yoga will be lead by AVO's lead yoga instructor, Elissa (@elissbliss on Instagram).

This is a great way to honor the season change as we move into daylight savings. Be empowered to know that as long as you're consciously breathing, you are doing yoga! Yoga is more than flexibility of the body. Yoga is about connecting your mind to your body through breath, slowing down to feel more, and think less, and learning how to let go of old thoughts and ways of being that aren't serving you. You can expect to take home an easy breathing technique to use to relieve stress in your daily life. You can expect to feel lighter, looser and happier post yoga, and you can expect to feel a family-like connection to your community and environment!
