Sunday Funday: Turtle Time

Sunday Funday is about finding fun activities throughout the Preserve; draw on a tree, make a giant bubble, build a winter fort and go on a scavenger hunt for hidden treasures! 

A Blue Heron educator will be on-site to get you started, give clues, and answer questions. However, Sunday Fundays are focused on independent exploratory learning with your child.

Price: Free for ages up to 3 years old. $7.00 per person age 4 and up

Suggested for kids 5 years and older.

As the weather warms up, turtles can be found enjoying the sun in the nearby wetlands and in the turtle sanctuary! Not to mention the turtles that live in the indoor classrooms. Come see how many you can find, make some turtle art, and join us for a turtle story time in the Children's Garden!
